EVALUATE CANDIDATES

Exceptional candidates who appear to have the requisite professional background, core competencies and personal characteristics to meet the search criteria are systematically refined through a process of rigorous evaluation. CMM will identify executives who are equipped to deal with the growing challenges of increased competition, the changing geography of the golf market, pricing pressures, and ever-rising consumer expectations.

We aim to deliver a shortlist to our client within four to five weeks of appointment, and we continue our search efforts until such time as the client has made a decision to hire.

CMM conducts 360-degree orbital referencing from various multiple sources, including present and past colleagues wherever relevant.

PRESENT SHORT LIST TO CLIENT
